The media’s opinion has a lot to do with the public opinion. Since it has a big deal with where you go to get all of our information form any media site like instagram,facebook, and youtube.

Also it depends on who posted the video or the information so already off the bat whoever posted the “video” or  the information from the government already stated  their own opinion and how they feel about the topic that they heard about. So if whoever this person is who posted it gets a ton of views the people who viewed it will only know how they feel about it or only know half of the story and will just go off what they heard or seen someone famous say in a youtube video or instagram post.

The Death Penalty is my legislative branch. The death penalty is legislative because it’s a state wide thing and each state has a choice if they want to pass the death penalty or not to pass it. This brings me back to my introduction how it depends on that one famous person to go on any social media site and rant about their views and have all of their fans agree with them and cast the same vote as they do. Or it depends just on the people in the states that passed the death penalty which are most of the state. The liberals say the death penalty should be  abolished. Because   it is inhumane and is ‘cruel and unusual’ punishment.  Imprisonment is the appropriate punishment for murder.  Every execution risks killing an innocent person.  

Energy is my Judicial Is demanded by saying that you can't use up some much energy or find some oil or anything like that you have to give them some of that . Also they would pay you a ton of money for that also you can keep making a profit from the oil as they are selling it. Like fracking that's how a lot of people are rich or wealthy for doing that. But the people who are not doing that say how it is not right because the gas price is going up because the rich people wanna be richer.

Gun Control is my Executive branch. Since a lot of people want to be able to carry around a firearm since it is safe they want to say  gun control should be passed for the ones who are willing to pay for it and to keep it on them at all times to be safe. The Second Amendment gives citizens the right to keep and bear arms.  Individuals have the right to defend themselves.  There are too many gun control laws – additional laws will not lower gun crime rates.  But what is needed is enforcement of current laws.  Gun control laws do not prevent criminals from obtaining guns.  More guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens mean less crime.
